• Take the automated system into closing position.
• If fine adjustment is needed, operate as follows:
• Turn the two pairs of screws (Fig. 40a,b,c ref.
and
) of each carriage to obtain
the required adjustment.
• Tighten the screws (Fig. 40a,b,c ref.
and
) .
• Check if the closing contact point between the two leaves corresponds to the
support profile mid-point and if the leaves are able to open and close completely.
Make sure that the belt is not too loose or too taut.
Belt tensioning procedure:
• Loosen the nut (Fig. 41 ref.
).
• Turn the screw and bolt (Fig.41 ref.
) to tighten or loosen
the belt.
• After controlling tension, tighten the nut (Fig. 41 ref.
)

The junction of the belt is attached at the top and the bottom of the fittings, as
shown in fig.40 for double leaf in the upper belt fitting and for single right-hand
or left-hand leaf in the lower belt fitting.

: The middle slot of the belt fitting must be left empty
