Configure 4G Router Before Install
Step 1 -
Open the intercom.
Step 2
–
Connect 24v DC power with the power supply provided.
Power up the 4G router & intercom so that you can perform the configuration
with the homeowners’ phone beside the intercom.
This router will come with an APN pre-set to match the T-Mobile network. You
can skip this page if you are using this network.
If you are using a different network than above, then the router will require the
correct APN to be set before full operation.
Please see the ‘
How to Change Router APN / Check Signal
’
at the end of
this document (Pages 55-57).
Tip: Ensure the router is fully operational and providing an internet
connection before installing for convenience. This can be done by
inserting the sim and powering up the intercom before it is mounted.
If the IP PCB has both the
Blue Power LED and the Red Network
LED active, then the intercom should be functioning properly.
