not longer than 15 min. is tolerable, however, not
more than once in a 2-hour period. After start-up,
the capacity is regulated automatically with a re
-
petitive start-stop method.
NOTE
After the start-up, for lubricant spreading, let com
-
pressor stay activated for a few minutes at no load,
the outlet valve open. Then close the valve, pro
-
vide full-scale pressure load and monitor its oper
-
ation. The pressostat will automatically shut down
the electric motor when the full scale pressure is
achieved. The pressostat will automatically acti
-
vate the compressor electric motor when the com
-
pressed air bleeds and the receiver pressure drops
below the fixed value. The pressure adjustment
range is 0,25±0,05 MPa. The pressostat has been
pre-adjusted by the manufacturer and is not subject
to be readjusted by the customer.
Pressure regulator
The air pressure regulator controls the air pres-
sure. Enable the control unit by pulling the regula
-
tor knob upwards. Turn the air regulator clockwise
to increase air pressure and counterclockwise to
decrease air pressure. Make sure the pressure is
set up according to the gauge, then push the reg-
ulator knob to block it up.
Depending on the tool operated by the air com
-
pressor, it can be used for operating sprayers, air
tools, grease guns, tire & ball inflation, etc. Proper
adjusting the air pressure regulator is necessary
for all of these operations. Refer to the air pres
-
sure specifications provided with the tool you are
using.
WARNING
Never increase the air pressure above the maximum
air pressure capability of the machine to avoid dam
-
age to the machine or the risk of an explosion caus
-
ing injury or death.
Pressure gauges
The dual pressure gauzes indicate the air pressure
in the tank and the air pressure of the delivered air
through the air outlet.
Pressostat switch
The pressostat switch turns the air compressor
on and off. When the switch is in "I" position, the
compressor is turned on. When the switch is in "O"
position, the compressor is turned off.
NOTE
Always make sure that compressor pressure switch is
in the “OFF” position before connecting the machine
to its power supply.
Overload protection
Compressor is fitted with overload protection de
-
vice. The motor protection can automatically ac
-
tuate when the supply mains power is interrupted
or when operating with a cyclic duration factor
more than 60%. To start the compressor up again,
depending on the version, always make sure you
have allowed enough time for the motor to cool
down before attempting to reset the main switch
/ pressostat.
WARNING
Never stop the operating air compressor by unplug
-
ging it from the power source.
To stop the air compressor:
1. Shut it down by the pressostat switch. To do
so, switch it over to the “O”/”OFF” position,
depending on the version. Next, the electric
motor stops and pressure escapes from the
forcing air pipe and the piston barrel.
2. Relieve the receiver pressure equalizing it to
the atmospheric pressure.
3. Switch off the local switch or disconnect the
plug of the compressor power cord from the
mains.

POWER CORD
To avoid shock or fire hazard, if the power cord is
worm or cut, or damaged in any way, have it replace
immediately. Electrical connection cables often suf
-
fer insulation damage. Possible causes are:
1.
Punch points when connection cables are run
through window or door gaps.
