Inputs

Each ezeio

™

 can support up to 40 inputs. Each input has the following 

settings:

Input name

A user defined name to identify the input.

Unit

The unit for the input, for example “Volt”, 
“kW” or “C”.

Decimals to show

The number of decimals to show when the 
converted value of this input is displayed. 
Valid range is 0 – 8.

Autoscale

If this checkbox is checked, the two 
following controls (Max/Min value in 
graphs) are ignored and the graph min/max 
values will be automatically chosen to fit 
the data.  By default this is unchecked.

Max value in graphs

The maximum value on the vertical scale in graphs.  Only relevant when 
autoscale is inactive.

Min value in graphs

The minimum value on the vertical scale in graphs.  Only relevant when 
autoscale is inactive.

Display and Type/Conversion settings only affect the way the data is 
displayed. It does not change the raw stored data. 

Input type

The type of this input.  This defines how the raw value from the input will be 
converted to a user defined unit.  A number of standard conversions are 
selectable from the drop-down list, others require manual entry of units and 
conversion equations. (see following page)
