30. Disassemble the tailwheel assembly and use a rotary tool or a small file to
create a flat spot on the tailwheel wire for the set screws in the aluminum cap to
seat against. Reassemble the unit and apply Loctite to the threads on the setscrews.
Slide the tailwheel onto the wire and secure with the included wheel collars.
31. Position the tailwheel assembly on the rear bottom of the fuselage, making
sure the tailwheel wire is aligned with the rudder hinge line. Use some blue
painters tape to hold the assembly in place while you drill 3 holes with a 1/16” drill
bit. Apply a few drops of thin CA to the holes and secure the assembly to the
bottom of the fuselage with the 3 provided coarse thread wood screws.
