cHecks and Measures For coMMissioning

caution!

For correct generator operation, tHe Hydraulic systeM pressure Must be between 0.6 and 2,7 bar.

Whenever the pressure detected by the digital pressure switch is lower than 0.6 or over 2.7 bar, the boiler goes into alarm mode.

By taking the pressure of the water within standard values, the alarm can be reset by pressing the ON/1 key for 3 seconds

(The alarm can be reset only if the fumes motor has stopped and 15 minutes have passed since the alarm was displayed)

tHe pellet load Motor does not Function:

It is normal that there is air inside the circuit due to filling the system.

On the 1st ignition cycle, the movement of the water causes the air bubbles to move and be bled by the system automatic venting. This can

cause the pressure to drop and the minimum pressure switch to intervene, which interrupts operation of the pellet conveying motor and

therefore operation of the heat generator.

The system must be bled several times to eliminate the air and loaded when the pressure is too low.

It is not an anomaly, but normal phenomenon, due to filling. following filling, the system must always be bled using the relevant vents in the

circuit and having the machine perform the "air vent" function.  (following commissioning and with the machine cold, activate the "air vent"

function again. - see "
