Insert the bolt through the bracket hole and install
the washer and knob.

Tighten the knob on weight assembly until the
weight is clamped securely to the caster arm.
Note:
The portions of the UltraVac collection
system that are not bolted to the mower are designed
to be installed or removed in their entirety. Do
Not operate the mower with only a portion of the
UltraVac installed.
Installing the Belt Cover Bracket
1.
Remove and retain the discharge deflector and its
mounting hardware.
2.
Lower the deck fully. Remove and retain the
standard right side belt cover, wireform bracket and
its hardware.
3.
Install the belt cover bracket.

48 and 52 Inch Decks:
Use two 3/8-16 x 1
1/4 inch carriage bolts and two 3/8 inch flanged
nyloc nuts as shown in Figure 7.

60 Inch Deck:
Use two 3/8-16 x 1 1/4 inch
carriage bolts and two 3/8 inch flanged nyloc
nuts to install cover bracket as shown in Figure 8.
Install the blocker plate to the outside of the deck
using 3/8-16 x 1 1/4 inch carriage bolt and 3/8
inch flanged nyloc nut.
