Installing the Hopper Mount
Brackets
1.
Raise the deck to the transport position. Raise the
back of the machine up and support the machine
with jack stands.
CAUTION
Raising the mower deck for service or
maintenance relying solely on mechanical
or hydraulic jacks could be dangerous. The
mechanical or hydraulic jacks may not be
enough support or may malfunction allowing
the unit to fall, which could cause injury.
Do Not rely solely on mechanical or hydraulic
jacks for support. Use adequate jack stands or
equivalent support.

Remove the rear tires from the machine.
3.
Remove and retain the rear weight and its mounting
hardware (if applicable).
4.
Remove and retain the nuts from the bolts on the
bottom of each hydro as shown in Figure 1. Install
the transmission support bracket and secure with
nuts.

5.
Remove and discard the torx bolts and nuts on the
left and right sides of the rear guard that attaches
it to the frame.
6.
Install the legs of the LH and RH bagger support
bracket onto the transmission studs and secure with
the nuts retained in step 4 (see Figure 2).

Secure the sides of the bagger support brackets to
the rear frame using 5/16-18 x 3 1/4 inch hex screws
and 5/16 inch flanged nyloc nuts (see Figure 2).
8.
If equipped, remove and discard the screws and nuts
that secure the left and right upper support bracket
to the rear guard. Install the upper rear mount
bracket to the LH and RH bagger support brackets.
