4.  Remove screws from roller screw shaft pulley and use these same 

screws to push the pulley bushing off the pulley using the back out 
threads provided in the pulley or bushing. Then remove the motor 
pulley and bushing and remove the motor from the motor plate.

5.  Remove motor plate to actuator mounting screws and washers. The
