5.  Fix the idler pulley in place by applying specified torque to 

the Idler Assembly Hex Nut. 

6.  Verify belt tension is at appropriate level after applying 

specified torque. Readjust if necessary. 

7.  Install Motor Plate Sealing Screw and sealing washer. 

Torque to spec. 

 

 

 

8.  Reinstall the gasket and rear cover with the Cover to Motor 

Mounting Plate screws. Torque the screws to the appropriate
