11. Troubleshooting
Poor radio reception
• Extend the aerial completely.
• Move the radio. Remember to scan for stations again after moving.
• Check that the radio is not close to any sources of interference such as
microwaves, fluorescent lights, etc.
No sound
• Check the volume setting.
• Check that the power switch is set to
ON
and that the mains adaptor is
connected correctly.
• Try changing to another station.
The controls are not working
• Check that the power switch is set to
ON
and that the mains adaptor is
connected correctly.
• Turn the radio off, unplug the adaptor, wait about 1 minute. Reconnect the adaptor
to the radio and wall socket.

Check which software version your radio has
Find this out before ringing customer services if you have problems with the radio.
1. Press [ MENU ] (6).
2. Turn the multifunction knob (1) to scroll to
SW version
. Press in the multifunction
knob to confirm. The installed software version will appear on the display.
3. Press in the multifunction knob to confirm your selection.
