If you have connected a mobile phone to the speaker via Bluetooth and receive a call
whilst you are listening to music, the music will be switched off automatically. Once the call
has been ended, music playback will be resumed (if your phone settings permit this).
Troubleshooting guide
No sound from
the connected
microphone.
• Check the volume.
• Check that the microphone cable is whole, intact and
securely connected to both the microphone and speaker.
• Check that the microphone is on.
No sound from
the connected
instrument.
• Check the volume.
• Check that the connection cable is whole, intact and securely
connected to the instrument and speaker.

No sound from
the connected
device.
If using the AUX IN
• Check that the audio cable connecting the external device
and the speaker is intact and securely connected.
If using Bluetooth
• Make sure that the Bluetooth connection has been properly
established.
• Test the playback from your external device before
connecting it.
• Try using another file for playback. The file you are attempting
to play may be corrupted.
• Pull the plug from the wall socket to disconnect the Bluetooth
speaker completely from the mains. Insert the plug back into
the wall socket.
Things to consider:
• Other wireless equipment using the same frequency band
can reduce the transmission range.
• The range of all wireless equipment depends on the type of
obstacles located between the transmitter and the receiver
(e.g. a concrete wall will interfere with the signal more than
a plasterboard wall).
If you experience problems, try the following:
• Turn off any other existing wireless equipment to check
whether this is the cause of the problem. Reposition
the wireless equipment, shorten the distance between
the transmitter and the receiver or reduce the number of
obstacles (walls, furniture, etc.) between them.
