7 Trouble shooting
Complaint : The flushing program is started but no water appears in the bowl
Cause : A) No pump action
B) Not enough water pressure in the supply line
C)The solenoid valve does not open
Action : A) Check power supply to pump
B) Check pump and availability of water in tank
C) Check power supply to solenoid
Complaint : Insufficient water appears in the bowl
Cause : No enough water pressure in the supply line.
Action : In case of flushing with seawater, check filter of pump
Complaint : No activity is started after one of the buttons has been pressed
Cause : The power supply is interrupted or the control panel is not functioning
properly
Action : Check fuse in power supply
Check pump by activating it using the emergency button
Complaint : The pump makes an unusual noise during operation
Cause : A hard object has entered the pump through the bowl.
Action : Try to remove the object and pump it back into the bowl by pressing
the reverse rotation switch. Should this not be successful, the pump
may have to be taken apart for removal of debris and inspection of
pump and impeller
Complaint
: The discharge of the bowl is insufficient
Cause : A) Power supply too low
B) Blocked discharge line
Action : A) Check battery and charge if needed
B) Clean discharge line
