• Possible causes:

Mechanical joints are loose.
Solution:
Replace worn parts or tighten as required.
2. Parts are broken.
Solution:
Replace broken parts, re-adjust as required.
3. Splines of shafts are worn
Solution:
Replace all loose, broken or worn parts and adjust as required.
