8.3 Measures after
maintenance completed
Upon completion of the maintenance work, the following
steps have to be performed prior to restarting the device.
1. Check all screw connections for a tight fit
2. Ensure that all used tools, materials and other equipment
have been removed from the work area.
3. Clean work area and remove potential spills such as liq-
uids and processing material.
4. Ensure that all safety features of the system work without
a problem.
5. Check functions.
6. Document completion of the inspections in the service
log.

8.4.1 Grease lubrication
The lubrication of the ball screw and the LM Block must be
