Securing the screws (2 pcs.) to the screw holes (2 positions) used for
attaching the rubber legs (2 pcs.) A using the Allen wrench, attach
the provided spacers (2 pcs.) B .

Align the edge D of the plate with the edge C of the base, and
secure the screws (2 pcs) E using the Allen wrench.
Secure the screws temporarily at this time.

TIP
When attaching the base to the anti-vibration table
· As the rubber legs are not used, the anti-vibration effect with
the rubber leg is lost.
· Use the tools shown in the table below.

Hexagon socket screw (M4) Provided with SZX2-ILLTSA
Allen wrench (for M6 screw)* Provided with SZX2-ILLTSA
Hexagon socket screw with

* These tools are used for attaching the base to the anti-
vibration table in metric specifications.
Flip the base to its back and remove the front rubber legs (2 pcs.) A
using the Allen wrench.
