Insert SZX2-FOFH (Coarse/fine focusing assembly for
heavy load) or SZX2-RFA16 (Fluorescence focusing
module) into the column by aligning the edge

of the
focusing unit with the edge

of the base. If the edge

of the focusing unit is not aligned with the edge
B
of
the base, the extended part
C
of the focusing unit may
interfere with the back side of the column mount of the
base.

Attaching the focusing unit (Optional)
Insert SZX2-AN (Analyzer) to the tip A of the objective completely to
the end so that the display “SZX2-AN” is facing to the front, and tighten
it securely with the clamping knobs B (2 pcs.).
At this time, the clamping knobs are positioned parallel to the focusing
knob.
Inset the analyzer carefully without tilting it.
