CUSTOMER AND OPERATOR EXPECTATIONS
Congratulations on beginning your new ice vending venture. We, at Everest, are here to help
you every step of the way so that you are given the best chance of success for both you and
your customers.
Please note that as the owner of this machine, it will be your responsibility to operate and
maintain the machine and if there is an issue, you will need to help the Everest Service Team
diagnose and sometimes assist in the repair. This is an electrical and mechanical machine and
over time things will need to be addressed, and as the machine owner, the responsibility to keep
your new machine operational falls to you. The Everest Service Team will be available to help
you through troubleshooting any issue and also, should you need additional assistance from
other manufacturers and suppliers, we are here to provide that information to you.
Before operating your machine, it is important to be aware of the additional responsibilities you
have as an owner or operator of the Everest VX machine series. These responsibilities and
expectations are outlined below. Should you have any questions, please reach out to an Everest
representative and we will be happy to assist you.
Prior to receiving your machine you will be responsible for and expected to:
● Work with Everest’s Account Coordination team to finalize the details of your shipment.
These details include, but are not limited to: finalizing your sales and warranty
agreement, acknowledging your receipt and review of this manual, finalizing the pricing
for your ice and water products, finalizing the machine’s delivery address, and making
the final payment on your machine(s).
● Fully comply with any local, state, and federal regulations regarding the connection and
operation of your machine(s). Please note that given the number of governing agencies
across the country and the world, Everest is not and cannot be responsible for complying
with the regulations associated with the location of your choosing.
● Coordinate the preparation of the machine(s) final location. The machine requires proper
water access, drain access, and electrical access. Additionally, the machine(s) require a
flat surface that can support up to 2800 lbs.
● Set up your own account with a credit card processing company. Your Everest
machine(s) comes installed with a credit card reader from USA Technologies. Everest
will have your local USA Tech representative reach out to you so you can create this
account.
● Review the entirety of this manual and any associated training documents and videos so
that you are well versed on the machine prior to its shipment.
