2.6 - MACHINE WORKING BUT NOT PRODUCING
PROBABLE CAUSES CORRECTION
Circuit board not working. (62) Change the circuit board. (62)
No water enters the plastic trough (35) (yellow LED on). See item water shortage or low water flow (p. 20).
By-pass gas solenoid valve coil not working (red LED on).
Loss of refrigerant gas. Check, correct and recharge with correct load.
Circuit board fuse open. (62) Change the fuse and check for the cause of damage.
127V machine burnt transformer.
Change the transformer.
2.7 - CUBES DO NOT DETACH FROM THE EVAPORATOR
PROBABLE CAUSES CORRECTION
Loss of refrigerant gas. Check, correct and recharge with correct load.
Gas solenoid valve (28) does
not fully open (red LED on).
Change the gas solenoid valve. (28)
Imperfections in the thimbles (red LED on). Change the evaporator. (20)
Very high water level (red LED on). Adjust or clean the water level sensor. (56)
3 - ADJUSTMENT AND REPLACEMENT OF MAIN COMPONENTS
Take off the machine's cover (1), which is secured with two stainless steel screws, one in the front
and two in the rear. When removing or attaching the cover (1), be careful not to bump the control
parts (circuit board (62), Microswitch (59), etc.).
Change the coil. (51)
