Meat Hanger Installation Guide
Stainless steel meat hangers and hooks can be purchased separately as an additional
accessory for the Everest Dry Ager & Thawing Refrigerator. These items can be used to
Dry Age a large chunk of meat instead of aging smaller slices on shelves. The manner
of application is up to the user’s preference.
1.
Remove the four screws mounted on the top right side of the interior wall.
2.
Place rod stopper #1 on top of meat hanger bracket #1.
