Make sure base is level with ground.
If necessary, a towel/small blanket may be rolled up and
placed beneath the edge of the base.

8. Install the seat pad.
Fasten each Lower Anchor Connector to its D-ring
for storage (pages 20-22).
IMPORTANT:
Make sure the child restraint is adjusted
to Recline Position #3 (p. 62) and the headrest is
adjusted for proper shoulder belt fit (p. 62).

requirements:
• Weight:
18 to 49.8
kg (40 to 110 lbs)
• Height:
112 to 145
cm (44 to 57 in.)
and tops of the
child’s ears are at
or below the top of
the child restraint
headrest.
• Age:
At least 4
years old
Note:
To convert the
seat back into 5-point harness mode, reverse these
steps.
