The following sections contain general information that applies when using the wallbox.
Danger
Not following the instructions given in this
document will result in the risk of electric
shock to users, which will cause severe
injuries or death.
› The installation must only be performed
by certified electricians, who can cor -
rectly and safely install the wallbox and
identify potential danger.
› If unsure about how to use the wallbox
after reading this document, ask for help
at audi-support@elli.eco, refer to www.
elli.eco/en/contact or visit a local dealer
for more information.
Operating the wallbox when it indicates
an error state, or when the wallbox or the
charging cable have cracks, show extensive
wear, or other physical damage (e.g. ex-
panded housing, etc.) will result in the risk
of electric shock, which will cause severe
injuries or death.
› Contact audi-support@elli.eco or the
distributor if it is suspected that the
wallbox or cable is damaged.
› Do not operate the wallbox if it is physi-
cally damaged.
› In the event of danger and/or an accident
(e.g. formation or smell of smoke, cable
breaks, etc.) disconnect the electrical
supply to the wallbox immediately. Con-
tact your installer if you suspect that the
wallbox is damaged.
› See chapter Troubleshooting for explana-
tion and further instructions on indicated
error states.
Extensive exposure of the wallbox to water
will result in the risk of electric shock,
which will cause severe injuries or death.
› Do not direct powerful jets of water
toward or onto the wallbox.
› Do not put the charging plug into any
liquid.
Installation, maintenance, repair and re-
location of this wallbox by a non-certified
electrician will result in the risk of electric
shock, which will cause severe injury or
death.
› Only a certified electrician is permitted
to install, maintain, repair, and relocate
the wallbox.
› The user must not attempt to maintain
or repair the wallbox as it does not con-
tain user serviceable parts.
