External Sources
The “External Sources” feature allows user to set additional network camera for the device.
Video select:
vandal dome support four sources to do video control and monitor; the first one is
internal source for analog camera connection so to the “Video select” is from 2 to 4.
IP Address:
Enter a valid IP address from an IP camera or video server.
Video Channel:
Assign the video channel to a number to identify the video source when use multi
channels management software.
HTTP Port:
Enter the port number used for the IP address to display the video.
User Name and Password:
Enter the user name and password of the device, if no user has been
set for the device then the default value should be “root” and “pass” respectively.
Video Type
: Select motion jpeg or MPEG4 mode.
Rotation:
Rotation degrees run from 0 to 270 degrees for a permanent digital position.
PTZ Models:
Select the PTZ model if it is an IP speed dome
Name:
Enter the name for the device.
RTSP Port:
Enter the port for streaming.
Product Type:
Select the product type.
