9.9 TTL Serial Console
The ReliaGATE 10-14 provides a 3.3 V TTL compatible Serial console in the Service Panel.
The voltage levels are as follows:

Logic 1 (Hi): 2.0 to 3.3 V

Logic 0 (Low): 0 to 0.8 V
