Thermocouple Replacement
Please note:
The replacement thermocouple is universal to the Harmony range of conventional flued gas stoves and may
differ from the one fitted to the stove.
Universal Thermocouple with TTB: Part No. 38641
Suitable for use on the following Nestor Martin Stoves:
Harmony 44
Thermocouple and TTB Removal
Location of the TTB flue spillage sensor.
This is found at the rear of the stove just below the stoves dilution box and secured in place with a nut or
wing nut, see page 20. Undo the nut securing the TTB and remove from its bracket.
Very carefully remove ceramic log effect kit and burner. The burner has two adjustable fittings to the left and
right of the burner once these are removed gently lift the burner assembly clear of the stove.
Remove the heat shield from the base of the appliance. This is retained by bolts. The heat shield has key hole
slots and with the bolts loose slide the plate backwards then drop it down.
Access to the gas valve can now be achieved, see picture on page 26.
