INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE

1. USE INSTRUCTIONS

STARTING THE MACHIEN

The chain brake must be checked before the machine is started. a “click” should

be heard.

• Before starting the tool, check the fuel and oil levels. Also check

the chain tension and safety brake.

• When starting the tool for the first time or after the

fuel tank has been completely emptied, press the pump bellows of

the manual fuel pump several times (even if there is still fuel in the

bellows).

• Activate the protection system, actuate the fuel supply on the left

side of the machine (press 3 times) and screw the choke into the

Start position. There are 3 positions, 2 of which are used to start

the machine. Set the choke to position (a) or (b) before starting the

machine.
