OPERATION OF THE EXTRACTOR UNIT
By default, the automatic extraction mode is not active. In automatic extraction mode
the extraction level adjusts automatically to the use of the cooking zones. When the
cooking zones are switched off, the hood adapts its extraction speed, decreasing it
gradually, to eliminate residual vapours and odours.
Switch on the automatic extraction mode
1. Touch and hold the on/off key until you hear an audio signal.

All displays light up; the induction hob is in standby mode.

The cooking zones and the extractor unit have power level zero.
2. Touch the ‘Automatic extraction mode’ key.

The ‘Automatic extraction mode’ key is now brightly illuminated; the automatic extraction
mode is activated.
If during automatic operation an extraction speed from 1 to 3 is selected with the slide
control, the automatic extraction mode is interrupted.
If a boost level is selected, the automatic extraction mode will resume at the end of
the max. boost time, while in the meantime the automatic extraction symbol remains
flashing.
Switch off the automatic extraction mode during cooking
A cooking zone is operating and the automatic extraction mode is active.
1. Touch the ‘Automatic extraction mode’ key.

The ‘Automatic extraction mode’ key is now less brightly lit. The extractor unit can now
be set manually.
Manually switch on the extractor unit
The extractor is equipped with 3 levels of extraction speed.
1. Touch the extraction key.

The display of the extractor unit lights up.
2. Touch and slide your finger along the slide control: to the right to increase the power level,
to the left to decrease the power level.
▷
The extractor unit switches on with the extraction speed that is set.
▷
Set a higher or lower level with the slide control.
