• It is not recommended to use a high pressure cleaner. However, if
you do so, make sure that water is not projected towards parts of
motor such as: carburettor, air fi lter, ignition, silencer, battery and
electrical parts.
Do not direct jet towards bearings (blade block or wheel bearings)
or hydraulics.
• It is recommended to run motor and all parts of transmission after
cleaning to remove water.
CLEANING CUTTING UNIT HOUSING
• After each use, carefully clean cutting unit housing, especially its
inside face, using a jet of water and lifting up defl ector on right side.
• Cleaning cutting unit housing after dismantling.
• Dismantle cutting system (see § 8•6•2).
• Clean housing with a scraper.
WARNING !
A well maintained cutting unit housing
improves cutting quality and prolongs life of ride-on brush
cutter.
10• MACHINE LUBRICATION POINTS
• For optimum mower operation at all times, grease regulary the
following parts.
- the shaft of the front axle
- the front stub axles (left and right)
- tension arm of the cutting deck belt (the grease point is behind the
seat)
- all cutting height articulation points and the drive lever must be
regulary oiled.
