Ladies and Gentlemen,
We congratulate you on buying an Eterna watch.
Since 1856 the Eterna name has been synonymous with
the manufacture of high-quality, mechanical watches.
As a pioneer of the art of watchmaking, Eterna has
introduced a great many significant developments
in its more than 150-year old history. Revolutionary
innovations like the winding rotor on ball bearings or
the first wrist watch with an alarm come from Eterna.
In 2009 the company presented with the Eterna
Spherodrive a spring barrel construction mounted
on ball bearings and set with this a new reference
with respect to quality and longevity of a mechani-
cal movement. As one of a few manufactures, Eterna
places value on new ideas and elaborate materials for
its traditional craft. And it is by doing so that Eterna
