12 Cleaning and maintenance
Operation only by trained personnel
The product may be operated by trained adults only.
Training may be provided by the heating technician or
our customer service. Please read the associated doc-
umentation carefully in order to avoid errors during
operation and maintenance.
The product may not be operated by persons with
impaired physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
Persons who lack experience and knowledge as well
as children may not operate, clean, or maintain the
product.
Maintenance interval
Maintenance is to be carried out in the course of
annual boiler maintenance.
Depending on the fuel quality, earlier maintenance at
shorter intervals may be necessary.
12.1 Preparation
Remove the cover panel
Remove the cover panel by removing 8 M5 x 10 round-
headed screws.
12.2 Clean the fill level sensors
Clean the pellet bin fill level sensor
1. Remove the 6 M5x12 hex screws.
2. Remove the maintenance cover of the pellet bin.
3. Clean the fill level sensor on the underside of the
maintenance cover with a soft cloth.
