Insulating the flue gas recirculation piping
Insulate the flue gas recirculation piping with the
supplied insulation (half shells).

Installing the trough of the cross ash screw
Stick the supplied seal all round the circumference of
the ash duct flange.

Fasten the trough of the cross ash screw to the flange
with 8 M8 x 25 screws and nuts. Ensure the seal is not
damaged during installation.

Thread in the cross ash screw
Remove the washer and bolt on the shaft stub from the
cross ash screw. Next, thread the cross ash screw into
the trough.

Installing the drive of the cross ash screw
Stick the supplied seal around the trough flange.
