7 Expansion of the system - CAN bus
Plugging in expansion modules you need to remember to correctly set the terminator,
which should be attached only at the last module throughout the system, even if the module is
the only one.
After performing all the connections you must configure the module settings. Make this
by selecting the modules that are connected to the network. More about the configuration each
of expansion modules can be found in chapter 6.5.4.1 and instruction of the enlargement
module I/O.
After finishing configuration of expansion modules to do remains only a change the
system settings. Menu is used to configuration the heating system and the possibility of
settings is dependent of number of arranged expansion modules. The table describing the
functions refer to chapter 6.5.4.2.
On the next page is a sample diagram of the system. Please note that this is only
overhead view, not containing all the elements of the system.
