PROBLEM
SOLUTION
1.
No power, logs do not glow.
1a.Check that unit is plugged into
a standard 120 volt outlet.
1b. Press POWER switch several
times, make sure power is set at
“ON” position.
2. POWER switch light up and press
the FLAME button, but no flame effect.
3. Logs Glow, flame effect does not
work
2a. Open the rear cover, then check
the wire connector of LED light bar
is loosen.
2b. Replace with the new LED light
bar.
3a. Open the rear cover, then check
if spinner motor was working. If
not, call customer service.
4. Heater does not blow warm air.
5.
Heater doesn’t work, but POWER
and HEATER switches are in the
“ON” position and thermostat is set.
(see solution 4b)
5a. Turn all switch to the “OFF”
position and unplug the unit from
the wall outlet for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes plug the unit back
into wall outlet, and operate as
normal.
6. Flame effect flash and
heater function does not
work.
6a. The heater is getting
excessively hot, immediately
turn the heater off,
unplug the
unit and inspect for any
and
inspect for any objects on or
adjacent to the heater that may
cause high temperatures.
4a.Check the HEATER switch is in
“ON” position. POWER switch
should light up.
4b. Adjust the temperature setting
to ensure that the thermostat is set
higher that the current room
temperature.
