Safety Instruction
•
Rechargeable Battery Only. Only insert rechargeable batteries of the same
type, never use ordinary, non-chargeable batteries. Insert rechargeable
batteries so they connect to the right polarity.
•
Only use the charger plug supplied. Do not use other chargers, as this may
damage the battery cells.
•
Do not touch the charger and plug contacts with sharp or metal objects.
•
The operation of some medical devices may be affected.
•
Do not place the device in a damp room or at a distance of less than 1.5
meters away from a water source. Keep water away from the device.
•
Do not use the device in an environment where there is a risk of
explosions.
•
Dispose of batteries and maintain the telephone in an environment-friendly
manner.
•
As this device can not be used in case of power cut, user should use an
independent telephone for emergency calls, e.g. a mobile phone.
Cleaning
Clean the device with slighty damp cloth or with an anti-static cloth. Never use
cleaning agent or abrasive solvents.

ENERAL
CT290DECT is a DECT PABX (Base Station)with maximum 2 Analogue
PSTN lines and 15 internal DECT handsets. Each handset can be subscribed to
up to 4 different base stations. You can also connect a corded phone, a fax
machine or answer machine through the AUX socket.
Also DECT handsets of other brands can be subscribed to this DECT PABX
station, as long as they support the GAP standard.
