i-XL Service Guide 

 

56 

 

Mount the pc housing on the frame 

bracket. 
 
Fix the housing to the frame bracket using 
8 screws. 

 

Put all cables for the operator panel, 
keyboard, screen, mouse, ON/OFF switch 
and Emergency stop switch in between 

the side brackets. 
Ensure you have all cables in place before 
continuing. If you miss one, you have to 

repeat from here. 

 

Mount the foot onto the beam as shown. 
 
In the upper right corner picture, you see 
the T-slot nut. 
 
Insert two nuts into the slots in the beam.
