With the solder bridge LB103 the FAST control pin can be set. The FAST control pin is used to select
the slew-rate limiting of the RS-232 transmitters and the RS-485/422 driver. With the solder bridge
LB103 (FAST unasserted), the RS-232 transmitters and the RS-485/-422 driver are slew-rate limited
to reduce disturbances by electromagnetic impulses (EMI).
