The zone triggering the alarm will be indicated by the number following “A”.
The zone layout and sensor placement are described in section 167
Temperature in compartment 4 is too low.
If a temperature sensor malfunctions, it will be indicated by the following warning:
This indicates that the sensor in compartment 2 has failed. As a safety precaution, the heat-
ing of the affected zone will be shut down.
14.2 Gas pressure alarms
If CO
2
gas supply is not attached correctly or an incorrect CO
2
gas pressure is applied to the
system, MAW, Multi-zone ART Workstation
®
will go into CO
2
pressure alarm mode. “CO2 P”
will be displayed, indicating wrong incoming gas pressure. The alarm level is < 0.2 and > 0.8
bar.

stands for pressure
An audible alarm is also activated but it can be muted by pressing the alarm key. If the mute
key is pressed, the display will shift to normal status and will show the parameters for 5
minutes until the audio alarm comes back on again. The alarm mute key will still show the
alarm condition by pulsing red when the alarm is muted.
14.3 Multiple alarms
When there are concurrent alarms, the display will indicate this by firstly showing “A
MULTI” and then the alarm conditions:
