With the help from at least one other adult, stand the

Install two pieces

Step Bushings into holes each side of

FIGURE 10

Turn the

assembly to keep all nuts to inside of this frame assembly. Attach

using hardware as shown in

FIGURE 10

. Snug, but do not tighten the

Locknuts as these are pivot

points.
