Getting Started - Download Application
STEP 1
STEP 2 Ensure 2.4G WiFi is Selected
1. Please download the “Sleep Assist”
App from Apple App Store or Google
Play Store.
2. If your home WiFi router has both
2.4G and 5G WiFi capabilities, ensure
that
2.4G WiFi
is selected prior to
pairing your base.
1.Open the Sleep Assist app and create a new
account by selecting
Join Now
at the bottom
of the screen.

2.Press the Foot-Up and Foot-Down buttons on
the remote together for 5 seconds. The the
buzzer will beep every 3 seconds.
STEP 1 User register via Email
Note:
If 5G network is selected:
•Select the info button
•Turn off
Auto-Join
•Then select
Forget This Network
