6.9.7 EKG Type
The selected EKG Type determines the communication
method with the ECG recorder, PC‑based ECG system, etc.
To prevent an accidental change of this setting, the menu
is protected with a password.

The ergometer supports the following communication mode:

Digital
There is only one option: "Digital". This option is set by default.
The communication with the ergometer is entirely
controlled with digital commands.
The communication mode is selected and confirmed with

.
Note
• The EKG Type needs to be selected only when the
ergometer is connected to an ECG unit. This
config uration setting is part of the installation
procedure.


