Lifting
Half slings support lower part of the body. The sling
is designed for users with control of upper body and
neck area.
The toilet sling can be used in situations, where it is
an advantage for the user to stay in the sling during
toileting.
1. Place the sling on the back while the user is sitting
in the chair (fig 1).
2. Tighten the safety belt (fig. 2) while making sure
that the sling has the correct size for the user.
3. Place leg supports under each leg, cross the leg
straps (fig. 3), and place them on the spreader bar
hooks.

Ensure that sling loops are placed correctly
on the spreader bar hooks.
Ensure the patient sits/lies safely before
taking off the sling.
