OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: 

Before  using  your  tile  gutter 

be  sure  to  read  the  instruction  manual 

carefully.

1. FITTING THE PARALLEL GUIDE 

(see fig1)

Position  the  parallel  guide  on  work  table  as 

shown. Align the holes in the fixing plates with 

the holes in the upright ends of the parallel guide, 

fix it with the four securing knobs provided. See 

fig1.

Note:

   The  fixing  plate  should  be  fitted  on  the 

inside surface of the work table edges.

Note: 

Before  use,  the  blade  guard  bracket  and 

blade guard must be fitted to the cutter.

2. OPERATING-STARTING AND STOPPING

(see fig2)

To  start  the  cutter,  plug  mains  lead  into  mains 

supply.  Press  rocker  switch  to  right  to  start 

(marked “I“ on switch). Press rocker switch to left 

to stop (marked “O” on switch, see fig2).

3. FILLING THE WATER TRAY WITH WATER 

(see fig3)

Before  the  cutter  can  be  used  the  water  tray 

must  be  filled.  When  removing  machine  from 

packaging,  the  water  tray  is  stored  inside  the 

main  housing.Remove  it  (see  fig3).  Fill  the  tray 

to  3/4  full  with  water.  Do  not  add  chemicals  or 

detergents to the water.

4. MAKING A STRAIGHT CUT 

(see fig4,5)

Adjust  the  guide  to  the  desired  width  from  the 

blade using the scale rules on the table surface 

for reference. To loosen and adjust, use the four 

securing knobs (see fig4).

Position the tile firmly against the side fence and 

pass  through  the  blade  in  a  smooth  action.  Do 

not force the tile to be cut too quickly (see fig5).

5. MAKING A MITRE CUT 

(see fig6)

Follow the same procedure for a straight cut but 

employ  the  mitre  guide  in  conjunction  with  the 

parallel guide (see fig6). The mitre guide simply 

runs  up  against  the  edge  of  the  parallel  guide. 

Ensure that the tile is held firmly into the guide 

before making the cut.
