7.3 Support ring
The valves from different manufacturers may have tole-
rance fluctuations that make the MAX! radiator thermo
-
stat+ more loosely seated on the valve. The stability and
seating of the valve can be improved using the provided
support ring. Place the support ring (

) into the flange or
onto the valve connection on the radiator and screw on
the thermostat valve.
If the support ring cannot be fitted, there is adequate sta
-
bility and it is not needed for installation.
