Configuring Quadro with ISDN
Hints for the values in the drop down list:
-
00 - default Auto Attendant,
-
xx – two digit extensions or custom Auto Attendants,
-
Routing – with this selection, caller will connect to the Quadro (pass authentication, if
configured) and will be invited to make a call (dial the routing pattern configured in
the Call Routing table, see below),
-
Routing with inbound destination number – with this selection, the number
dialled by the caller will be through Call Routing table on the Quadro (see below) and
the call will be routed to the corresponding destination without any additional dialling.

5.
The selection of Use Default outgoing MSN is fully user dependent. When Use Default
outgoing MSN checkbox is selected, the source caller information will be overwritten by
the one specified in the Default outgoing MSN text field when placing outgoing calls
toward the CO.
6.
The Default outgoing MSN text field requires the Quadro identification number that
should be registered and recognized at the CO for outgoing calls. If Use Default outgoing
MSN checkbox is enabled but no value is defined in Default outgoing MSN, empty caller
information will be sent to the CO. If this checkbox is disabled, the source caller information
will be forwarded to the CO.
7.
Press Next to move forward to the next page of the ISDN Wizard where L2&L3 Settings
might be configured.
Attention:
It is strongly recommended to consult with your ISDN provider before changing
any of the settings on this page.
8.
Two groups of timers need to be provided.
ISDN L2 Timers:
•
The Excessive Ack. Delay T200 text field configures the period in milliseconds
(digit values from 500 to 9999) between transmitted signaling packet and its
acknowledgement received.
•
The Idle Timer T203 text field configures the period in milliseconds (digit values
from 1000 to 99999) for ISDN client idle timeout.
