The small second hand has
stopped moving
When the small second hand is pointing to 15 seconds, the watch is in
"Sleep" status.
Expose the watch to light at least five seconds, or press any button.

"Power Save" status.
Charge the watch until the remaining battery level is 2 or higher.
When the hand starts to move, adjust the time if necessary.

quickly when no operations
are being performed
The watch is returning from "Sleep" status to normal status.
