Maintenance

Updating to Windows 98

If you have upgraded your computer’s operating system from
Windows 95 to Windows 98, you must uninstall your printer
software and then install it again. Uninstall the printer software
by double-clicking the

Add/Remove Programs

icon in the

Windows Control Panel and selecting

EPSON Printer Software

from the list. Click the

Add/Remove

button. The EPSON Printer

Software Uninstall dialog box appears. Select the printer model
and click

OK

. Then, install the printer software again.

Updating to Windows Me

If you are using parallel cable connection and you have upgraded
your computer’s operating system from Windows 98 or 95 to
Windows Me, you must uninstall your printer software and then
install it again. Uninstall the printer software by double-clicking
the

Add/Remove Programs

icon in the Windows Control Panel

and selecting

EPSON Printer Software

from the list. Click the

Add/Remove

button. The EPSON Printer Software Uninstall

dialog box appears. Select the printer model and click

OK

. Then,

install the printer software again.
