- offset from start of the display buffer

Return Value: ERR_OK
- operation completed with no problems
ERR_HAL_BAD_ARG - if the value for Offset is greater than the amount of
installed memory.
Note
If count > memory size, this function will limit the writes to the end of memory.
int seWriteDisplayWords(int DevID, DWORD Offset, WORD Value, DWORD Count)
Description: Writes one or more words to the display buffer.
Parameters: DevID
- registered device ID
Offset
- offset from start of the display buffer
Value
- WORD value to write
Count
- number of words to write
Return Value: ERR_OK
- operation completed with no problems

Description: Writes one or more dwords to the display buffer.

Description: Reads a byte from the display buffer at the specified offset and returns the value in
pByte.
