Measuring Pulse (Heart Rate) during Exercise
You can measure your heart rate. Select On or Off.
You can set five heart rate zones (within the range of the minimum and maximum heart rate) to suit the exercise
intensity in User Settings.
The value in brackets () is the default setting.
