Insert the battery into the compartment in the
direction of the arrow on the battery sticker.

Close the battery cover and slide it to the right
until it clicks.

Charging the battery

After installing the battery, connect the AC adapter.
The installed battery will be automatically charged.

Battery indications:
The battery status is displayed in the top right corner
of the LCD.

Make sure that the battery is installed.

Caution:

Do not connect the AC adapter when the battery is
not installed. Doing so may cause this device to be
damaged.

The direction of the
arrow is printed on
the battery sticker.

: Indicates sufficient battery power.

: Indicates moderate battery power.

: Indicates low battery power.

: Indicates battery power is running out. This device is shut

down automatically. Charge the battery using the AC
adapter.

: Indicates the AC adapter is connected to the device.
