Do not touch the heat sink attached to the FET (Ql) when the printer is powered. If you touch the

Remove the PAPER GUIDE ASSEMBLY, top cover, front cover, paper eject cover and tractor unit.

Remove the HOUSING ASSEMBLY,

Remove the PRINTER MECHANISM. (See Section 3.2.5.)

Remove the three 

 (M3X12) screws and the two 

 

 screws on the BOARD ASSEMBLY,
